Dreep, the Gullet
THEY CAME FROM OVER YONDER:
Dreep, the Gullet
In the depths of the seas of Lordrum Taw, live the Dreep. These creatures may appear cute, but closer inspection will add an element of terror. Their gullet is both hypnotic and endless. It swirls and swirls, enveloping anything that enters, never to return. Fortunately, they’re too small to eat most lifeforms. This of course raises the question, how can something so small have an endless gullet? It is theorised that their mouth is actually a portal to a pocket dimension. We say “theorised” because we once sent a remote control camera into one. It travelled for six days in the dark before we lost the signal. So it is fortunate then, that we aren’t small enough to fit in it’s mouth, or stupid enough to be tricked by its hypnotic display. It’s like they always say on Lordrum Taw, a Dreep ate my homework.
